Last week we announced the new Terms of Service with many important changes, one of which is about the switch from “lifetime” to yearly pricing.
Since then, we’ve received a lot of feedback from our dear customers, via the blog post’s comments, social channels as well as direct emails. There were a lot of support as well as objections, and we really appreciate all your opinions on the matter!
We’ve been discussing everything over again and realize it’s not fair if we also force our new terms on customers who have purchased our products before that. So this post is to announce an update regarding this issue.
For all customers who purchased our products before August 8th, you will still receive our support and product updates during the products’ lifetimes, like we have promised in the old terms!
We know that many of you are willing to support us with the new plan. However, we wouldn’t be able to get this far without your support in the last two years. So, we want to do the right thing and send our gratitude to you. Thank you.
