Product and price

TribeEngine is an EngineThemes Partner Product for building a member community on WordPress. EngineThemes sells, delivers and supports the product.

• Launch offer: USD 49 for purchases made from July 28 through August 26, 2026.
• Standard price: USD 69 beginning August 27, 2026 at 00:00 GMT+7.
• Renewal: USD 39 for another 12 months of official update downloads and ticket support.

The offer has no customer cap. The launch price changes according to time, not the number of purchases.

Site entitlement and continuing use

One purchase includes 12 months of official update downloads and ticket support from the purchase date for:

1. one production WordPress website; and
2. one associated staging, development or local testing website used for that production website.

When the entitlement expires, you may continue using a copy already downloaded under its software license. Continued member area downloads, new official updates and ticket support require an active entitlement.

Delivery, installation and updates

After confirmed payment, you receive authenticated access to the TribeEngine ZIP in the EngineThemes member area. Pending or failed payment does not grant download access.

TribeEngine v1 uses manual ZIP updates. Download the current package from your member area, take an appropriate site backup and follow the documented WordPress theme update steps. WordPress dashboard automatic updates are not included in v1.

Software license

The distributed code is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2 or later, subject to the license and required third party notices included with the product. Your purchase pays for authenticated package delivery, official update downloads, ticket support and any separately purchased service.

Included support

Support is provided through the official EngineThemes ticket channel. We usually reply within 48 hours. Weekend and holiday requests may take longer. This is a response target, not a guaranteed resolution time.

Support covers

• documented installation and configuration guidance;
• clarification of documented features;
• investigation of a reproducible product defect or security issue; and
• a reasonable fix, workaround or disposition when the issue is within the verified product scope.

Support does not cover

• new features, custom code, branding, content entry or community moderation;
• migration, data recovery, hosting, DNS, SSL, email delivery or server administration;
• configuration of OAuth, Pusher, analytics, payment, membership or other third party services; or
• repair of unrelated plugins, themes, malware or pre existing site problems.

Refund review

EngineThemes considers refund requests submitted through the official support channel within 14 calendar days of purchase. Reviews are case by case and refunds are not unconditional.

A refund may be approved when you report a verified incompatibility or reproducible TribeEngine defect within the 14 day window, the issue is within the published scope, and EngineThemes cannot resolve it or provide a reasonable workaround after investigation.

A change of mind, an unadvertised feature request, an unsupported environment, an out of scope service request, a third party conflict or a materially customized site does not by itself establish refund eligibility.

Optional TribeEngine Quick Start

Quick Start is an optional one time add on selected alongside product checkout for USD 29. It covers a focused installation on one existing compatible WordPress site.

Included

• install and activate TribeEngine;
• install and activate required plugins;
• apply documented basic settings; and
• perform one final smoke test.

Outside the scope

Hosting or WordPress repair, migration, demo import, content, branding, layout changes, custom code, third party integrations and unrelated troubleshooting are outside Quick Start.

Temporary access must be provided through the EngineThemes secure intake after preflight. Never place credentials in checkout notes, ordinary email or a public ticket.

Privacy and customer responsibility

EngineThemes processes purchase, account, download, support, refund and secure intake data under the current EngineThemes privacy notice and applicable law.

You are responsible for the privacy notice, lawful configuration, retention, moderation and third party services used on your TribeEngine website. Review the terms and disclosures of optional services before enabling them.

Creator Basecamp is a live product demo with fictional members and content. Trail Collective and Maker Guild are inspiration only. Demo fixtures, media and setup tools are not included with the product.
