Create REST API support to help in getting a hybird mobile that would be connected to the site. Subsequently, users of the site (Freelancers – Hiring Agencies or Individuals) will be able to sign-up, sign-in, view or post projects using the mobile platform. The app should connected to the website via web-view and should be fast. There are good platforms that support deploying apps for websites like ionic framework .
