    Hello,
I did not see the job request feature where a buyer can request for what he want.
Why is this not in the list?

      Dec  22ND,  2016

      Hi Olatubosun,

During 2 months ago, we carried out a survey to collect customer’s ideas about next features that they want us to conduct in 2017. The results show that Post Request has been received attention from some of you, but it has much lower level than the top 3 above.

We have planned to implement Post Request after MicrojobEngine 2.0 since we must balance customer’s benefits with the demand of extending our theme with several extensions in the future.

If you interest in MicrojobEngine 2.0, you can view our milestones list contains all features carried out in 2017 in this blog post. Or else, you can use the “Custom Orders” feature as an alternative solution.

      Kind regards,

Hi, I love your theme, but I read a review that said your coding was a bit chunky. How is it for speed?

      Dec  22ND,  2016

      Hi Sim,

If you are our customer, please provide us with detailed information about your site so that our TS can check it?

There are many reasons affecting website speed, especially images and graphics. But, we need to check your site carefully to identify the problem.

Regarding the review saying that our coding was a bit chunky, could you share us the detailed information or link so that MicrojobEngine team can listen to all valuable feedbacks more effectively?

      Best regards,

        Dear Thao,
Thanks so much for your kind reply.
Unfortunately, I don’t have the name of the website that made that criticism. But I can see that you are all very proactive with your theme, so I very much look forward to the updates in the near future. I have not purchased the theme yet. I am looking for a design that will attract more professional people. So I was super excited to see your updated design. I hope you will continue with the more professional look so that your theme can distinguish itself from sites like Fiverr.com, which tends to offer poor quality service. I would like to have a marketplace for professionals to offer their high quality consulting services online. I think there is a huge market for that. And I think you can tap into it. Cheers!

      Dec  22ND,  2016

      Hi Rank,

Regarding your question, our updated version depend on the severity of bug if it occurs. With small bugs, we only release the hotfix instead of upgrading version.

Also, we want to listen and gather customer’s feedbacks in advance before implementing any features.

      Hope it clarifies your concern.

      Dec  22ND,  2016

      Hi Rank,

Regarding the roadmap after releasing MicrojobEngine 1.0, many customers feedback about payment gateways and user experience. Thus, MicrojobEngine focuses more on fixing and improving the UX flow before leading up to a complete version. Also, our customers have more time to balance the budget and calculate the necessary marketing plan. For further details, please visit the original survey.

100% agree we should not have to pay for updates promised to us. We should receive free updates for life! Now that s how you bring in customers! And spend less time with these surveys and take some action and lets get this thing rolling guys, i mean please you show us this demo with all these great functions, etc, then we get it and it like a demo itself with very limited access. Are we required to have a developer build the site for us if we are not a developer our selfs?

If one is about to upgrade a site from MjE 1.1 to 1.2 should I hold off and do the upgrade to 1.3? How seamless would it be?

    • Thao Le

You can upgrade to 1.2 now. Upgrading from 1.1 to 1.3 should be seamless.

      Dec  22ND,  2016

      Hi Matt,
We are already on version 1.2, so there have been many updates and improvements to MicrojobEngine 1.2 since it was released. Also, we will continue to improve things moving forward. The pending issue was also fixed at its core.

Currently, MicrojobEngine team are intensively working to implement these next features. The good new is that we set about coding “Notifications” feature and it will be released soon.

If its not this time next year when it comes out!

    • Thao Le
      Dec  23RD,  2016

      Hi Gabriel,
Regarding your question, you will have 12 months of official support and free updates, it means you can use whole new features during 1 year.
For extensions, you can buy them by one or purchase the package, depending on your budget and purpose.
After 1 year, you must renew or expire the license to keep receiving updates and our support for it.
Let me know if you have any further question.
      Your sincerely,

This is one of the many reasons I continue using my MicrojobEngine site. I know it’s hard to compare and make a good decision when selecting this type of business theme. But the most important thing is not the theme itself (actually it’s all about coding & feature stuff), it’s about the story of how we (MjE owners) plan and promote our program as well. I prefer following a theme provider who have a good vision and put their efforts & hard work in the theme. Thanks again ET!

      Hi McCartney,
Besides the public MirojobEngine roadmap for 2017, we also want you to know we’re in the first steps of researching MicrojobEngine 3.0. Thus, you can calculate and balance
your budget for other activities at the moment.
Again, thank you for the comment.

Love the ability to post video links as featured video. Can we expect this change to come to MjE? It would be nice. Having to format videos in mp4 and web formats seems an unnecessary chore at this point.

      Hi Rajender,
      Thank you for the comment,
Currently, MicrojobEngine team follow on the roadmap for 2017 in the blog post above. But, there is one way to promote video by inserting links from Youtube or Vimeo into the description section when you post a mJob. Please visit here for further details.

Great vision ET, from you and your team! Am looking forward to 2.0 while building/maintaining site with the various earlier seller increments. One thing I’ve always wanted, as it’s such a productivity game-changer, is for the User Level to be the first thing up.
Right now, and for almost every theme I’ve seen, the way the site solves the chicken and egg is below the standards. I have to plan and extend more budget to get users on site.
Thanks again for a superb product and great service…

I dont know if this feature is already available but it seems not to work on my end.

Why is it the admin is not getting order alert email when a user/buyer places an order?

How am working around this defect.
When a user/buyer places an order, I do not get an email alert. I have to check at the backend constantly to verify if any new order has been placed for my approval (this should not be).

    How it should be
When a new order is placed, the admin should get an email to be aware that there is an order, before heading to the backend to approve or decline new order.

    Hello
Please let us know when you will be releasing the CCAVENUE Payment gateway configuration in your microjobEngine. I am not able to do business because of this problem as I have to accept payment in Indian rupees.

I have tried plugin of CCAVENUE but your engine themes does not have any options to update the merchant ID or access code.
Please help as my investment or no use without a solution to this problem.

      May  30TH,  2017

      Hi Kasturi,

Regarding your question, we can not give you the exact time when the CCAVENUE payment gateway is released since it’s now only the idea listed in our public roadmap. If you want us to carry out this payment method, you can access Trello and vote for CCAVENUE. Based on your vote, we will give priority to those which have the highest votes.

In case you need to implement this payment gateway urgently, you can provide us your email address, we will send you a tutorial that guides you how to integrate the additional payment gateway into MicrojobEngine.

      Hope it helps.

      Thank you.
