different profile pictures for level of seller

if they cold look something like this?
    https://thumbs.dreamstime.com/z/user-icons-set-family-people-white-background-36115987.jpg

And would change as the seller moved up to a suit and tie, etc……..
And they cold still have the option of adding their pic in in the bio section?

And also can you change Mob and Find logo on the homepage search bar? or can this not be changed?

    1) restricted view of website to registered users only
    2) restricted view of sellers to sellers and buyers to buyers and bids from sellers on projects
    3) attachments in private messenger

      Hi Josh,

Regarding your suggestions, it can be considered as improvements for FreelanceEngine. But, there exist some problems such as:

      – Initially, FrE is designed for visitors who haven’t had an account. They can view all projects and choose the appropriate one.

      – If you restrict view of sellers to sellers and buyers to buyers as well as bids from sellers on projects, the website traffic surely decreases and the level of interest when users participate in FrE page goes down as well.

      – Currently, we had “Private Message” extension, allowing users to send attachments when sending a message.

I hope this clarifies your concern.

      Kind regards,

Make it like freelancer.com, containing all the features this site has

      Jan  06TH,  2017

      Hi Erik,

      Thank you for your suggestion.

Basically, freelancer.com has many factors which are compatible with the development of a fixed platform rather than a concept of the theme. Regarding the technical aspect, I think you should hire freelancer or use customization services for this specific requirement.

Freelance Profile and Project Information can not be visible to the public. This defeats the purpose of even the existence of this theme. Why bother to join, when the public can contact the company’s /employers themselves and bid for the jobs. Also freelancers information visible to the public is unacceptance

      Hi teckhne,

      Thank you for the feedback.

Regarding the technical aspect, we are discussing to find the solution for this problem.

However, it also has two sides of pros & cons in terms of the concept, so we have to consider right from the start because there is some problem still exists:

      – It’s too difficult to display users on the site if most of users are invisible. A buyer hardly converts to buyer, and vice versa.

      – With new users, they will get more benefits if all information of freelancer profile and project information are fully displayed. But, users can contact personally with some special requirements.

I hope this clarifies your concern.

    1) Medals for good customers and employers, please !!!
    2) Option of free bids for freelancer, actually exists only two options pay or not. Example: the first 5 bids are free …
    3) It will Be difficult, but integrate the same account on the dashboard for freelancer and the employer. Actually the user should create separate accounts for each one.
    4) two freelancers in the same project.
    5) dispute ?? where, who, what, how ?? =) (manager of tickets for dispute)
    6) Notifications with steroids. Be notified of absolutely everything that happens on the platform, with options to turn it off and on. Examples: comments, private messages, accepted works, proposals made.

    I love you =)

      Hi Alejandro,

Could you provide me with more explanation regarding your questions?

      1) Medals for good customers and employers:
As far as we understand, if the customers or employers reach a certain level, they will be given a badge such as medals. Is it right?

      2) Option of free bids for freelancer, actually exists only two options pay or not.
Can you give us more detailed explanation regarding this idea.

      3) Integrate the same account on the dashboard for freelancer and the employer.
In fact, in our old versions, our theme is integrated Share Role feature which allows users to play two roles as a freelancer and employer in one site. However, this feature hasn’t brought any high economic value to the current design. In the future, we will continous research and carry out this feature again with a new design.

      4) Two freelancers in the same project.
Good idea 🙂 We will consider to implement the feature which allows each freelancer to bid a some milestone in a project.

      5) dispute ?? where, who, what, how ?? (manager of tickets for dispute)
I’m getting a little bit confused about this idea. Could you explain it with more details?
Currently, dispute feature helps employer and freelancer handle a dispute at the basic level. Do you want us to upgrade this feature as a management system?

      6) Notifications with steroids. Be notified of absolutely everything that happens on the platform, with options to turn it off and on.

Since there are technical aspects of WordPress, some notification types cannot display and others can code with the turn on/turn off function.

      Looking forward to your reply!

    Proposal 1:
Select a budget range when you post a job and only accept bids into that range.

    • Thao Le
      Jan  11TH,  2017

Good idea. We will add it to our public roadmap for Q1, 2017.
Again, thanks for your idea J.Ramon 🙂

  • J.Ramon
    Jan  09TH,  2017

    Proposal 2:

    Proposal 3:

3a. Hide contact info from freelancer and buyer profiles. Only admin user can see that contact info.

3b. Add a button “Buy contact info” to the buyer profile. Therefore freelancers can use their credit to buy the buyer contact info.

      Hi J.Ramon,

Regarding your suggestion about hiding contact info from freelancer and buyer profiles, we’ve received many ideas from other customers with the opposite site. However, we will consider and conduct a feature which allows you to enable/disable the hiding contact info.

Again, your idea about adding a button “Buy contact info” to the buyer profile is sound great. So we will note and add it in our roadmap.

Let me know if you have any further suggestion.

      Kind regards,

    Proposal 4:
Sealed bids: Only the buyer who post the job can see the price & bid proposal description.

    • Thao Le
      Jan  11TH,  2017

Regarding your suggestion about sealed bids, we need further research to make sure that we can implement this feature or not, and we will announce you soon. Please wait for our upcoming public roadmap for Q1, 2017 and vote for your idea.

    Proposal 5:

Manage Freelancers “levels” (like: gold / silver / bronze). Depending on the level they can: bid to some projects, have more bids credits…and other advantages.

    • Thao Le
      Jan  11TH,  2017

As far as we understand, this is a Level System for freelancer and employer. In the near future, we haven’t intended to develop this system. However, we’re about to public the FreelanceEngine roadmap for Q1, 2017 and welcome you to visit and vote for the best ideas.

Default display name of new users should be username (nickname or pseudonym) instead of first name last name. This is especially important when the user signs up as employer, otherwise freelancers might contact employers directly to bid, by finding their contact details in phone directories.

    Hello,

I have not purchased the theme yet. It is definitely the best I have seen and should serve my purposes well. I would like to see SMS alerts worked into it. That’d be a wonderful up-sell. Thank you.
