Currently the notification bubble in the header is for direct messages from other users only. Perhaps another notifications bubble(like a bell icon) in the header that alerts the users of all types of notifications like, a new job order, job completed, job accepted, payout confirmed and so forth, would be great. It looks like you guys did have the idea of doing something like that because I see there is a little bell icon in the header next to the message bubble in the accompanied theme PSD files.
