MicrojobEngine: User Badge/level system

For MicrojobEngine:

A user badge system with different levels. For example if a user completes 200 jobs he progresses to the bronze badge, 500 jobs completed = silver badge, 1000 jobs done = Gold badge, 2500 jobs done = platinum badge.
Reaching certain badges/levels unlocks more features to the seller. Either more ‘extras’ that they can add to a job, more pictures to a job, job videos, and/or more fields to a job description.

Settings controlled by admin:
The amount of jobs it takes to do in order to progress to the next badge
The naming/wording of bagdes
Customize either the badge image or css and font awesome icon or make both options available to admin, image badge and text/icon/css badge
Which extra features are unlocked by which badge/level
