NOTICE:

After your theme is updated to the latest version of MicrojobEngine 1.1.4, all colors in your site will return to the default settings. So, we strongly recommend that you save your current colors to avoid being lost. Besides, you MUST re-setup the commission & category images after upgrading your theme.

Feature Improvements

  • IMPORTANT: New skin for homepage (Engine Settings > Site Construction & Design).
  • Change the price number format selection (Engine Settings > Theme Options > Payment Config > Number format).
  • Change the mJob category selection. Checkbox is appropriately replaced by ratio to sync with the front-end.
  • Add the blog template for better blog page display.
  • Enable/disable options for local timezone & edit mJob is available.
  • Update & re-design the chat box. Also, users can enter “Shift + Enter” to do line break from this version.
  • Display the status of a mJob for admin & mJob owner.
  • Support rounding price in the extra package of a mJob.
  • Change the appearance of each mJob order action in the mJob detail page.

Above are all changes & improvements in MicrojobEngine 1.1.4. Besides, please read this tutorial carefully before updating your site to the latest version.

    Question: when an order made why should the admin approved it. How can I make it approved automatically ?

    2. As well as when A buyer placed an order why the system does not notify the seller through his email immediately? It just notify the admin!

      Thanks for posting in.
      Concerning your questions, kindly find the answers below:

      1. At the checkout, if the buyer chooses to pay via PayPal or Credit, the order will be approved automatically. Otherwise, if buyer pays via Cash, the admin has to approve manually via back-end.
      2. The default of the theme will send an automatic email to the seller when he has a new order. In case there doesn’t send any email at your site, please create a new ticket at https://www.enginethemes.com/help/. Don’t forget to provide us the URL + admin account. We will check all carefully and provide a hotfix soon!

        All orders must be approved by administrators. I sent a ticket reporting the same thing.

        Please make a real test.

        These are two serious bugs.

          Upon checking carefully with our Product team, I kindly confirm that there now have some issues if you use PayPal sandbox account but all work properly with a Live account Of course, we’re working hard to fix this issue.     So Sellers cant not create a custom orders for buyers in the conversation page! it will be very helpful if the sellers can create and send a custom order through the conversation page.

    Other concern why we need to refresh the conversation page to read the new messages?

    The theme has not supported the feature that seller is able to create custom orders for buyers in the conversation page. We also have no plan to implement this feature in the next update. However, you can create a new ticket at the [Idea] Section to get further consideration in future.

    Regarding the second request, unfortunately, the default of WordPress doesn’t support the real-time message. It’s also a constraint of WordPress.

    the buyer asked the seller to refund the money how can he refund the money ?
    what happened is seller dispute >> Admin let the buyer won >> buyer got his money back but Minus the commission percentage..

    how can admin refund the Full amount to the buyer ?
