We are back and have got an interesting (but quite long also) story to tell you. You’re gonna have 2 new cool features – Question Pump and Poll which help you make money online from your question and answer website. And there are some bug fixes as well.
Happy new year! Let’s start a year with this new release of EstateEngine 1.3.1. This is a bug fix version with three major points, including comment reply, comment indentation, and pagination im homepage.
In detail page of each property listing, there are two tabs: Review & Comment. Your users can leave replies to comments as well as reviews. Yet, there was a bug when replies to a review appeared in Comment tab.
In this version, we decided to make the reply function only available for Comment tab. Users can no longer leave replies in Review. (more…)

I am back with a new tutorial for DirectoryEngine users. As you know, in the latest DirectoryEngine update 1.9.5, the authority to set a place as claimable is now restricted to Admin only. Once a place is set as claimable, author can request to become the owner of that place listing. Thus, in this tutorial, I would show you in details what an author needs to do to claim a place.
When building a directory listing website, the admin would collect and post multiple places on his site in order to attract more users. However, admin is not the owner of all place listing so Claimable checkbox was developed to allow true owners of those places to request the ownership and better manage them with more accurate information, increasing listing quality of admin’s website. This week we would announce the latest release of DirectoryEngine version 1.9.5 with improvements such as Visual Composer compatibility, new Color Scheme added, pending place notification bar, and some bug fixes.
In previous version, there were some issues with Visual Composer plugin, causing ads not to be displayed properly.
Now, DirectoryEngine version 1.9.5 has better compatibility with Visual Composer plugin. You can be assured of seamless ads rendering in the homepage. (more…)
